Online shop system change from Shopware to OXID eShop with active support from Netensio
Since its foundation in 2006, Glückfieber has developed into one of the leading and most popular online shops for beads, jewellery accessories, ribbons, stamping tools and engraved items. The constantly growing range includes more than 14,000 items such as beads and pendants, jewellery accessories, clasps and ribbons. Thanks to optimal infrastructure and logistics, we offer our customers fast order processing and short delivery times.
In order to meet the increasing demands of our customers and the constant changes in the market, we decided to change our system from Shopware to OXID eShop. To implement our system, which is very much tailored to our business processes, the Netensio GmbH of OXID eSales was recommended to us during our search for an agency partner.
Netensio The agency transferred all conceivable functionality from our Shopware to the new OXID eShop system, so that our customers did not even notice the system change. Through Netensio it was possible for us to continue our daily business on the new shop software with almost no changes to internal business processes.
