OXID eShop extension: XML sitemap

With this extension your shop gains the possibility to automatically create valid and complete xml sitemap data. Setup and configuration of the sitemap contents is done in OXID eShop administration panel.

An automatism (cronjob) handles the export of your shop data. No need to manually export data. A sitemap is built for all active shop languages in your installation and even exporting big data is no problem for our extension.

By using this extension you have complete freedom and control what will be exported and what will not be exported. Decide yourself if product urls, category urls, content pages, manufacturers product variants or only variant parents and even single category pages or the whole paginated category pages gets exported or not. Even OXID eShops staic pages like newsletter registration form or account opening form can be part of the sitemap.

The extension ships with an interval and priority configuration panel that acts globally for each page type but can be overridden on object base. So you have complete freedom in defining which article or category or which group of pages like categories or manufacturer pages get which interval or priority set.

And even if you experience the problem of having a page in your sitemap you actually do not want as a part of it, just copy its url and paste it into the exclusion list so it does not get exported again.

The XML sitemap extension is a nice way to tell Google crawler where your content is. Add the sitemap to Google SearchConsole and help Google to index your shopsystem even better.
