Support means that we provide advice on questions or problems with our software. In the event of software errors, please contact your support so that the error can be rectified by us as quickly as possible. Additional functionality and programme changes are not part of the support.
After purchasing our software, there are no ongoing costs on the part of Netensio . You only have to pay for the hosting package (domain, web space, etc.) with your provider.
From time to time it can happen that Netensio products or product lines are abandoned. This is often due to the fact that OXID eSales has either re-implemented the functionality itself and our software thus becomes superfluous, or if a software can no longer be kept compatible due to massive changes in OXID eShop.
Of course! Netensio attaches great importance to intuitive user control and easy-to-use software. However, if you are still at a loss, we will be happy to help you on our numerous information pages. In addition, every Netensio software comes with an installation and user manual in Adobe PDF format.
Of course, you will also receive an invoice from us. This will be sent to you automatically together with the general terms and conditions, which you must confirm during the ordering process, in the course of the e-mail order confirmation. You will NEVER receive an invoice for 30-day trial versions.
Exactly one use per shop system is possible per licence purchased. Additional licences can be purchased at a reduced price.
Unless other system requirements are explicitly stated, our software works with the standard system requirements of the Oxid eShop software.
No, absolutely not! Netensio develops modular software - that means we overlay and extend the existing shop functionality without changing the file structure of the Oxid eShop. Using our software you can also install Oxid updates without any problems, the Netensio software remains unaffected.
The Netensio online shop is available 365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day for information, selection and ordering of the software offered by Netensio .

Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will confirm the deletion of the account promptly by e-mail.

On the Netensio pages at the top right, click on the user symbol and then on Forgotten password. Please fill out the following form completely. If we recognise your e-mail in our system, you will receive an e-mail with a link where you can reset your password.
All Netensio 30-day trial versions that you purchase in the official online shop at Netensio .de are absolutely free of charge for you. They are provided as a download. Depending on the network operator, costs may be incurred for the download transfer; please refer to your contract documents. If you are using a volume tariff, the expected file size of the download package is displayed next to the download button of the module.
Netensio From now on, almost all of our modules are available to customers for download free of charge. If you are interested in a product, you can test it in your online shop for 30 days free of charge using a test licence. If you decide to purchase a full version, you do not have to install the software again. By exchanging the demo licence file with the full version licence file, your module automatically becomes the unlimited full version. You can continue to work seamlessly with your data, nothing is lost.
Before the introduction of the licence system, we had numerous customer requests for module software and their non-binding tests in the customers' target shops. In order to meet this demand, we had to manually compile software specifically for the target domain without the licence system. This step is now no longer necessary so that you can download almost all Netensio software modules directly as a 30-day test version for your system - absolutely free of charge.
After you have completed the ordering process, you can access the licence management via your personal user account. All software licences purchased with your user account Netensio are listed in the licence management. If you have not yet created a licence file, you can generate a licence file for the respective order here. Please note that for the creation of full versions, the payment of the order must have been confirmed by us. With payment methods like Paypal you will get immediate access to your software licence.
